Luxury Guaranteed
We are proudly based in London and operate across the city daily. For bookings outside of London, pricing is calculated by mileage and agreed with you upfront before any commitment is made.
All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due before your journey begins and is collected via bank transfer. No surprises, no hidden fees.
To maintain the highest standard inside our vehicle, smoking, e-cigarettes, and vapes are strictly not permitted at any time. We ask all passengers to respect this so everyone can enjoy the experience.

To confirm your booking we will need a valid Instagram account if you are booking via DM, your full name, pick up and drop off location, and your required pick up time. We do not accept bookings from anonymous or private accounts with no posts or followers.
Absolutely. You are more than welcome to arrange a trip through us as a gift or on behalf of a friend, family member, or colleague. Just provide their details at the time of booking.
No. We believe in fair and transparent pricing. If you are on an hourly rate, the clock is paused during any traffic delays so you are never penalised for something outside of your control.
Yes, children of all ages are welcome on board as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times. We are happy to accommodate families and make the experience comfortable for everyone.
These are not included in the base price however we will always inform you of any applicable charges before your journey so there are absolutely no surprises on the day.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets inside our vehicle at this time. This is to maintain the premium condition of the interior for all of our clients.
Yes, certain food and drink is permitted inside the vehicle. We just ask that you are considerate of the space. If you are unsure about a specific item, just ask us when booking.
Yes. You can add stops to your journey and we will factor these in when planning your route. We just ask that any additional stops are arranged prior to the journey starting rather than on the day.
We allow a 5 minute grace period for both pick ups and drop offs. After this point additional waiting time fees may apply. We always aim to be punctual and ask the same of our clients.
For safety reasons we are unable to decorate the interior of the vehicle. However the ambient interior lighting colours can be changed upon request to suit your occasion and set the right mood for your journey.
